1. Scope
This Return Policy applies to walking balance programs and consultation services offered by Skeletonexpel, including Foundation Path, Rhythm Circuit, Continuum Walk, Corridor Sessions, and Terrain Consultation.
2. Cancellation Before Program Start
If you cancel your enrollment at least 14 days before the scheduled program start date, you are eligible for a full refund of fees paid. Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the start date receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation After Program Start
Once a program has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable. If exceptional circumstances prevent continued participation, contact us to discuss partial credit toward a future program tier, subject to our discretion.
4. Terrain Consultation
Single-session Terrain Consultations may be rescheduled once without penalty if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice forfeit the consultation fee.
5. Corridor Sessions
Group Corridor Sessions are non-refundable once booked. You may transfer your spot to another participant with prior written approval at least 72 hours before the session.
6. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
Submit your request via email to partnership@skeletonexpel.world or by calling +1 786 368 0664. Include your full name, program tier, enrollment date, and reason for cancellation.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
8. Digital Materials
Route documentation and pacing guides delivered digitally are considered fulfilled upon delivery. Refunds for programs where digital materials have been accessed may be adjusted proportionally.
9. Florida Consumer Protection
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA) or other applicable Florida consumer protection laws.
10. Disputes
If you believe a refund was processed incorrectly, contact us within 30 days of the refund date. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.
